Dr. Yanni Anastos is a licensed physical therapist with a strong background in post-operative rehab and musculoskeletal care. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa.

With over six years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, Yanni currently practices at AMITA St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine Clinic in Chicago. He works closely with leading orthopedic specialists to help patients recover from surgeries and regain functional movement.

Yanni takes a personalized, goal-oriented approach to care. His passion for fitness and human performance drives his commitment to helping people feel stronger, move better, and live pain-free.

Outside of work, Yanni enjoys lifting weights, running, and playing guitar in his band.
