Dr. Yanni Anastos is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for movement, rehabilitation, and fitness. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Specializing in post-operative recovery and musculoskeletal conditions, he takes a personalized approach to helping patients regain strength and mobility.
From a young age, Yanni developed a deep appreciation for fitness and the human physique, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He believes that achieving a strong, functional body is one of life’s most rewarding journeys and finds immense fulfillment in guiding patients through their own transformations. Seeing individuals regain confidence and accomplish tasks they once thought impossible is what drives his passion for his work.
Outside the clinic, Yanni enjoys playing guitar in his band, lifting weights, and running.
Michelle Muscarello is a certified Pilates instructor with specialized training in the Classical Pilates Method since 2010. With a background in gymnastics and competitive dance, she was first introduced to Pilates as part of her rehabilitation for a back injury. Experiencing its transformative benefits firsthand, she became passionate about helping others improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being through movement.
